Sarah Vercellone

She is a partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi since 1 January 2017. Prior to this, she was an associate at Allen & Overy until 2006 and since 2007 she has been a senior associate at Pavesio e Associati.

She has significant experience in civil and corporate law, assisting Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation of commercial contracts, in the management of corporate governance issues and in relation to M&A transactions. She also provides assistance to banking institutions and foundations in relation to statutory and corporate governance issues.

She has more than fifteen years of experience in the publishing sector, advising on an ongoing basis leading publishing companies and providing legal assistance in litigation concerning defamation, privacy and violation of the right to be forgotten, copyright.

In recent years, she has also provided assistance in relation to real estate transactions.

She is a member of the Turin Bar.
