Federica joined Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi in February 2023.

Prior to this, she was senior associate in NCTM, she then joined Legance, to then start the DE4LAW project in 2018.

She assists Banks, financial intermediaries, asset management companies, investment funds and companies, including listed companies, operating in various industries (real estate, life sciences & medical devices, digital market, food and hospitality). She assists Italian and foreign clients in national and international arbitration, as well as in judicial proceeding also before the Italian Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Co-author of several publications on private procurement and outsourcing, bond loans and real estate investment funds, as well as civil procedural law.

She was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. She is a member of the Milan Bar.
