• public works, supplies and services contracts: we provide assistance to our clients in public works contracts, public service contracts (including engineering services) and public supply contracts, also operating in the “special sectors” (water, energy, transport and postal services), as well as in public work concession contracts, public services concession contracts and project finance, at Italian and European levels. The firm assists public entities in their contracting activities, especially in the preparation of the tender documents and during the awarding procedures and private entities during the tendering procedures and performance of the contracts;
• public services: the firm assists local authorities and corporations (publicly and public-privately owned corporations) which manage the public services during the awarding procedures and provides advice on all legal aspects of the awarding policies;
• urban planning: we provide assistance to public and private entities on building and town planning issues as well as on administrative law issues.

Our lawyers have extensive experience in renewable energies and more specifically are experienced in authorization procedures and environmental law.
