We assist our clients in drafting employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, collective bargaining contracts, termination and settlement agreements and in designing company policies and regulations (including disciplinary codes, codes of conduct and monitoring policies). Our lawyers also advise on labour issues linked to corporate transactions, reorganisation processes and downsizing procedures, outsourcing (transfer of business, contracts, secondments) as well as in the day to day management of human resources (including disciplinary proceedings, transfer of personnel, dismissals).
