Marco Tessera Chiesa

Is a co-founder and partner of Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi and previously was an Associate at Allen & Overy in Turin.

He has an extensive experience in negotiation of M&A agreements and of commercial contracts, both national and international, including distribution, supply, joint venture and license agreements. His practice includes drafting opinion in civil and commercial law matters and representing clients in court cases.

In September 2015 he was admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court). She is a member of the Turin Bar.
