Camilla Cravetto

Camilla Cravetto joined Pavesio e Associati in February 2018.
She provides consultancy in the field of corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001 including assistance in drawing up and reviewing the “231” compliance programs and guidelines, supervisory body’s membership under Legislative Decree 231/2001, drafting anticorruption policies (both in Italian and English), drafting legal opinions and internal procedures on market abuse and anti-money laundering regulations, conducting data protection compliance projects drafting documents and contracts (both in Italian and English), drafting commercial and companies contracts also in international context (both in Italian and English).
She is currently a member of the supervisory body of several Italian companies, belonging to multinational groups, in the automotive and food and beverage sector.
She is a visiting lecturer in business criminal law at the University of Turin – Law Department and she published some articles in the subjects of her professional activity.
Camilla Cravetto began her legal career in 2014 at Studio Legale Ferreri up to 2017. She also completed a secondment experience at Eni S.p.A. Legal Department in Rome and did her legal traineeship at Studio Avvocato Chiusano.
She graduated in 2011 from the University of Turin with laude and honorable mention and she won the prize in memory of Maurizio Laudi.
She is a member of the Turin Bar.
