Alessandra Rossi

Alessandra Rossi is Of Counsel to Pavesio e Associati since 1 February 2018.
She is teaching professor of criminal business law and criminal law I and II at the Law Department, University of Turin. Before that, she was a researcher In the same Department and then associate professor of criminal law. She graduated magna cum laude and with an honorable mention from the Law Department of the University of Turin in 1980.
She was a teaching Professor of criminal business law at the University of Eastern Piedmont and at the University of Genoa.
She was the coordinator of the Ph.D. course in Rights and Institutions at the Department of Law at the University of Turin up to 2016 and she is currently a member of the Faculty Board.
She teaches business criminal and punitive law in post-graduate courses and second level master’s degrees in various Italian Universities.
She is a lecturer at the Forensic School of the Turin Bar and at the Piero Piccatti Training School – Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin. She teaches criminal law at the prison university campus of Turin.
She provides consultancy in the field of business, banking and financial markets criminal law and administrative sanctions; criminal law in bankruptcy proceedings; health and safety at work; criminal protection of distinctive signs, within the corresponding civil and commercial activities of the firm; corporate criminal/administrative liability of legal entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001 (drafting and reviewing compliance programs and category guidelines); anti-corruption and transparency; anti-money laundering and data protection.
She has lectured at numerous national and international conferences and authored 170 publications in the above fields of interest.
She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Italian Association of Professors of Criminal Law. She is a member of the scientific committee of “Diritto ed economia dell’impresa” and “Archivio penale” and referee for “Rivista italiana di diritto e procedura penale”, “Diritto penale e processo”, “Legislazione penale”.
She was a member of the supervisory body under Legislative Decree 231/2001 of numerous corporations and is currently chairman of the supervisory body of Fondazione CRT and member of the supervisory body of Finpiemonte Partecipazioni S.p.A.
