Agnieszka Gasiorowska

Agnieszka Gasiorowska is Of counsel to Pavesio e Associati. Before joining Pavesio e Associati in 2008, she built up her professional practice working in the international law firms White&Case, Allen&Overy and Lovells in Warsaw and, in the period 2004–2007, in Hammonds Rossotto’s Turin Office.
Agnieszka has gained significant professional experience in international banking and general corporate matters. In addition to advising Italian and foreign clients on banking, corporate and commercial law issues, Agnieszka assists Italian clients in relation to their investments in Poland, in which field she has developed considerable know-how related to acquisitions, production transfer, joint ventures and financing projects involving both Polish and Italian law issues.
Agnieszka Gasiorowska graduated cum laude from the University of Warsaw in 1994. In 1995 she gained a certificate with merit from the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies (a university centre located in Warsaw, financed by the British Know How Fund). In 2004 Agnieszka gained her second master’s degree (with distinction) from the University of Turin (It. Master per Giuristi d’Impresa).
In 1997 she was admitted to the Warsaw Bar (pl. radca prawny) and since 2004 she is registered as lawyer established with the Turin Bar.
